When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During launches or busy shop updates, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! All regular shop orders include tracked shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. (💌 mail club is sent as regular stamped mail and does not include tracking.)

Where do you ship?

At the moment, regular shop orders are available within the 🇺🇸 United States only. However, Sunday Letters Club mail subscriptions are available internationally 💌

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, feel free to reach out as soon as possible. I can’t guarantee changes once processing begins, but I’ll always try my best.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please send a photo of the damaged item through the contact page within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to help.
